Cleaning greenhouse glass regularly should be a no-brainer

Measurements in greenhouses reveal that light transmittance through the roof improves by around five percent after the annual clean. And it just so happens that light is the most important growth factor. What’s more, inadequate cleaning makes the greenhouse roof age more quickly as dirt accumulates between the strips and the glass. Ultimately this can even lead to glass breaking, coatings performing poorly, and leaks. The same can also happen if roof washers and cleaning products are not used properly.
